Hi, I’m Coach Bree, founder of Breezy Fit Co. With over 7 of experience in the fitness industry and certifications through NASM and CSCS, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people unlock their full potential through strength training, mobility, and balanced nutrition.
As a former collegiate athlete, I know the power of consistency, and I’m passionate about making fitness both accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My goal is to give as many people the opportunity, tools and resources to reach their true potential as possible. Let’s work together to build a stronger, healthier version of you!
